
Victor Kamzola
Victor Kamzola Kaijage, born in Tanzania (1994) is our National Lead and Coordinator & Young Hero Leader in Tanzania. He represents the spirit of the 'Young Heroes'—the next generation of Tanzanian leaders dedicated to preserving the peace legacy of our founding fathers while driving innovation in social cohesion. Victor is a prominent and proactive leader within the Tanzanian youth movement and serves as the national linchpin of the program. As 'Young Hero Leader', he embodies the bridge between the values of the national founders and the ambitions of modern Tanzanian youth. He is responsible for local implementation and ensures that the program aligns seamlessly with the national goals for unity and social development. His leadership is crucial to anchoring the impact of the 5-day training on Zanzibar in the local communities of the United Republic. Victor worked in different places as an electrician and is fortunated to meet different people in his work. His activities include social services. He loves to help people.

Victor, do you believe in world peace and where does this belief come from?
Yes, I believe in world peace. Peace is an important thing in the world. When you are peacefully inside, it is easier for others to inspire others.
Do you have an idea how we can achive world peace?
First, we must love each other. For love to exist we must help each other. We must guide each other in ways that are good and beneficial. We must create a generation that will be better and raise it in the upbringing of love and support each other.
Do you believe we can find people who want to join the Global Peace Building Program?
Yes. I believe it, because people need the knowledge to solve their issues. And people need to have the Global Peace Building Skills to create world peace.
