Interview
Frank, do you believe in world peace and, if so, where does this belief come from?

I do believe in it. As human beings, we are born to treat each other with love, to work together and to learn from each other. Nobody wants war and conflict. So it must be possible.
Do you have any idea how we can achieve peace?
Be humble, be loving towards each other and treat everyone else as you would like to be treated yourself. If we all do that, then we'll get there.
Do you believe we can inspire people?
Yes, we already do. It is important that we make this theme discussable so that a different (high-quality) policy can be developed.

Will you participate in the Global Peace Building Programme yourself?

Yes, I have already started the training.

What is your intrinsic motivation for participating?

I want to make the seemingly ‘impossible’ possible. You have deeper and more meaningful conversations with other people. This makes me happy and confirms my belief that it is possible. I want to be a role model for my children and teach them that everyone is equal. So that they see that solutions can always be found within ourselves and outside the box.

Have you already made the mindset transformation from suffering to leading yourself?

I am still developing and am still learning the practical skills.

Why do you believe in my approach, my programme and my role as a trainer?

You are clear and speak in no-nonsense language without waffling. You are direct in a polite way and ask questions in a way that mirrors me. Your approach is simple, which makes it easy for me to think simply too. No fuss. I can spar with you on an equal footing, which puts me at ease.

What is your practical role in accelerating the realisation of world peace?

I am a link in the chain. With my expertise as a marketer, I contribute to global brand awareness. I also see a role for myself as a facilitator and trainer.

What is your tip for others?

Don't accept everything as truth. Discover, meet and always remain curious about opportunities, possibilities and solutions. Always approach and treat people as equals. If everyone behaves on the basis of this equality, you will remain in a state of harmony and happiness.
